Sagasji Tours is a registered cab and travel service provider based in Udaipur, Rajasthan, offering local sightseeing, outstation trips, airport transfers, and Rajasthan tour packages. By accessing our services, you agree to use them only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.
All bookings can be made through our website, phone call, or WhatsApp.
To confirm a booking, customers must provide accurate details such as name, contact number, date, destination, and type of vehicle required.
Advance payment may be required to secure your booking.
Bookings are subject to vehicle availability at the time of confirmation.
Payments can be made via cash, UPI, bank transfer, or other accepted digital methods.
The fare includes vehicle rental, driver allowance, and applicable taxes unless specified otherwise.
Toll, parking, or interstate taxes (if applicable) are to be paid by the customer.
Cancellations made 24 hours before the scheduled trip will be eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a cancellation charge of up to 50% of the total fare.
No refund will be provided for last-minute cancellations or “No Show” cases.
In case of unavoidable circumstances (such as vehicle breakdowns or emergencies), Sagasji Tours reserves the right to cancel the booking and will issue a full refund.
Customers must maintain the cleanliness of the vehicle and refrain from any activities that may damage it.
Smoking, drinking alcohol, or carrying illegal substances inside the cab is strictly prohibited.
Any damage caused to the vehicle by the customer will be chargeable.
Our drivers are well-trained, professional, and verified. However, if a customer faces any inconvenience due to driver behavior, it should be reported immediately to our customer service team for action.
Sagasji Tours shall not be responsible for delays caused by traffic, road conditions, weather, or any event beyond our control.
We are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to passengers’ personal belongings.
Our responsibility is limited to providing safe and timely transportation as agreed upon.
Sagasji Tours reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on the website and shall be effective immediately.
All disputes arising under these Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Rajasthan, India. Any legal proceedings shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Udaipur courts.
